Rebuilding marketing at moments that matter.
I've spent my career building and leading marketing for enterprise software companies. When a company outgrows its story, I help rebuild the marketing around what's true, and turn that story back into growth.

About
Marketing leader. Speaker. Author.
I'm a B2B marketing executive who has spent two decades building brands, demand engines, and data-driven marketing organizations for enterprise software companies. My work sits where story and systems meet: the narrative a company tells, and the data that proves it.
That work became a book, Marketing Rebuilt, and a growing set of frameworks I share on stages, in workshops, and in conversation with the people doing the rebuilding.
Off the clock, I'm in Iowa with my family, usually with a fishing rod in hand and a fishing story I probably shouldn't repeat.

Where I Help
The company has outgrown its story
When the product, the data, and the ambition move faster than the marketing, I help teams rebuild in four ways.
- 01
Rebuild the story
Positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for companies whose ambitions have outgrown their narrative.
- 02
Turn data into growth
Customer data, AI, and personalization programs that make marketing measurable and personal again.
- 03
Lead through change
Change management and operating cadence for marketing teams adopting new technology.
- 04
Keynotes and training
Bring the Marketing Rebuilt frameworks to your event, leadership team, or workshop.
